		<description>I was a line pilot for them and left after 2 years of service in spring 2008.  Besides the obvious financial problems, the upper echelon treated the common employee like a slave! The average pilot exodus from JAN 07 to 08 was 50 pilots a month.  That&#039;s what happens with 16 hour duty days, 8 hours of rest, and 8 days off a month.  I&#039;m thankfull I got another flying job where I am home every night and make 125% more.</description>
