Besides the obvious financial problems, the upper echelon treated the common employee like a slave! The average pilot exodus from JAN 07 to 08 was 50 pilots a month. That's what happens with 16 hour duty days, 8 hours of rest, and 8 days off a month. I'm thankfull I got another flying job where I am home every night and make 125% more.
