London Air Services Adds Bombardier Challenger 650 to Managed Fleet

RICHMOND, BC – London Air Services announced today the addition of a Bombardier Challenger 650 to its managed aircraft fleet.

The Challenger 650 will service clients based out of Vancouver from a wide range of business sectors, with the widest-in-class cabin in its class, flying up to 4000 miles non-stop. (more…)

UPDATE – Search Underway in BC for Overdue Aircraft

Monday June 12, 2017

Kelowna, BC – Search efforts for a missing aircraft continued into a fifth day today as weather improved allowing search crews to comb higher elevations not previously accessible due to cloud.

The missing aircraft, a Piper Warrior with two people on board, departed Lethbridge Alta, on June 8th enroute to Kamloops , BC with a re-fueling stop in Cranbrook, BC. After departing Cranbrook, it was reported overdue when it did not arrive in Kamloops. (more…)

Bombardier CS100 Aircraft Receives Transport Canada Type Certification

MONTREAL QC – Bombardier revealed today that its CS100 aircraft received its Transport Canada Type Certification following a comprehensive and rigorous testing program, which included more than 3,000 flight test hours, the validation of thousands of test results and the authentication of extensive design and performance data. Obtaining the Type Certificate for the CS100 aircraft paves the way for the delivery and entry into service of the CS100 aircraft with first operator SWISS in 2016. (more…)
